UI & UX, BRAND IDENTITY
The Flora phone app was based on creating a phone application that solves a specific function for the user. The design needed to be created from scratch and the application needed to be able to solve a user problem. The project and application also needed to be different from other previous existing applications out there. The application I created was targeted towards a younger audience of women from ages 18 to 30 , who enjoy growing plants. You don’t have to be a plant expert to use the app, as some of the benefits are a calendar to help remind you when to feed or water your plants, as well as forums and informational resources to help you better learn and understand how to take care of your plant friends. You also will receive a social media profile, which you can use to help name, track, and manage your plants.
