Extension annual conference

CONFERENCE PROGRAM & LAYOUT DESIGN

This project was undertaken for Extension Communication Services, a department within Oregon State University. The task was to create a comprehensive schedule/program for the Extension Annual Conference held in December 2021, designed to exist both digitally and physically. The program needed to be both visually compelling and highly accessible, ensuring that attendees could easily navigate the schedule and understand the details of each speaker or session. Starting from a basic word document, I transformed the content into a polished 50-page guide, sourcing images from the Extension photobank and exercising total creative freedom within the Oregon State brand guidelines. The result was a well-designed, user-friendly program that effectively supported the conference experience.
