BRAND IDENTITY DESIGN
Marcola Apartment Homes, set along the foothills of Springfield, Oregon, is almost complete, and will be open to tenants in mid 2024. This expansive community, consisting of 312 units spread across twenty-four 3-story buildings, aims to give tenants access to luxury apartment living in an urban environment.
The client’s vision for Marcola was clear: to develop a brand identity that supports comfort, and warmth, while also embracing a minimalistic and contemporary design that follows other apartments complexes built by this developer. A crucial aspect of Marcola’s identity was to ensure it reflected a connection with the natural world by drawing inspiration from the local mountains and the picturesque McKenzie River. This focus led to the creation of a branding strategy that not only speaks to the modernity of the community but also celebrates its unique setting in one of Oregon’s beautiful landscapes*.
